Clean-up Duty
Whether you are in a hotel, sharing a public restroom, or hiking to latrines, everyone is responsible for keeping them clean.
- Remind girls to clean-up after themselves (wipe the seat/sink, pick up papers, towels, etc.)
- Find out the policy for the facility with regard to clean-up. (Hotels may have guidelines for what to do with dirty towels or suggestions for saving and re-using towels to help the environment. Latrines or camp bathrooms might have certain procedures).
